Polyshrink Tutorial

Ciao a tutti, oggi vorrei mostrarvi come realizzare un ciondolo con il Polyshrink.

Hi all,  today I'd like show you how to make a charm with Polyshrink.

Ecco quello di cui avrete bisogno:

First of all, here is the list of supplies you need:

Whiff of Joy stamp

White polyshrink

StazOn Jet Black

Pigment ink various colours

Cotton bud

Heat tool

3/16 hole punch

Con lo StazOn stampate l'immagine sul polyshrink e lasciate asciugare.

With StazOn stamp the image on polyshrink and let it dry.

Ritagliare l'immagine con precisione.

Cut the image with precision.

  Con inchiostri chalk o a base di pigmento colorate l'immagine con l'aiuto di alcuni cottonfioc.
Io ho usato i Versacolor Ink. Applicate il colore con piccoli movimenti circolari e non preoccupatevi se il colore vi sembra molto chiaro, quando il polyshrink si ridurrà il colore diventerà molto più intenso.

With pigment or chalk or craft ink, color the image  with the help  of cotton bud. I use the Versacolor ink.

Apply the color with little circle moviments and don't worry if is it appeares really clear, because when polyshrink will reduce, the colors will be more intense.

Dopo aver completato la colorazione, praticate un foro sulla parte alta.

After you complete the coloring with hole punch make a hole on the top.

 Con un embosser riducete il polyshrink.
Non preoccupatevi se vedete il polyshrink arricciarsi, si distenderà da solo.

With an embosser will reduce the polyshrink. 

Don't be afraid if you see it screwing up it will distend it self.

 

  

 

Per ottenere una superfice ancora più piatta, dopo aver spento l'embosser, pressate sul ciondolo con qualcosa di piatto, di solito uso un blocco acrilico.

To make it more flat, when you swich off the embosser, press on it an object flat.

Ecco quà.... il vostro ciondolo è pronto, non dovete far altro che inserire l'anellino di congiunzione per agganciarlo alla catenella.

Et voilà....... your charm is ready, you don't have to do  anything else a part from insert the ring wich will consent you to hang it to chain.

Hi all, I am Giò, today I'd like show you how to make a charm with Polyshrink.

Stampavie & More Challenge #79

LOVE ......... questo è il tema del Challenge Stampavie & More di questa settimana.

LOVE ......... this is the theme for Stampavie &  More Challenge for this week.

Per questo lavoro ho scelto un timbro della Mo Manning  e l'ho colorato con  i Copic Markers.

La carta (Fancy Pants), ha gli stessi colori  dei vestitini dei bimbi, i bordi sono distressati e sfumati con il Distress Ink Valnut Stain.

La scritta è Hero Arts e i bottoncini in tinta sono Basic Grey.

Cosa mi dite..... ho centrato l'argomento???

For this work I chose a Mo Manning stamp and I colored it with Copic Markers.

The papers (Fancy Pants), has the same colors of the children's dresses, the edges are distressed and sponged with Distress Ink Valnut Stain.

The sentiment is Hero Arts and the little buttons are Basic Grey.

What do you think..... I get the theme??

Whiff of Joy DT meets Whiff of Joy Challenge

Questa settimana lo sketch per il challenge della Whiff of Joy l'ho disegnato io........ vi piace???

This week  for the Whiff of Joy challenge, we have a sketch by me........ do you like it???

Il timbro è Charlotte kissing Pigeon della collezione Happy Mail della Whiff of Joy.

Ho colorato l'immagine con i Distress Reinkers, ho tagliato la sagoma con la Label Four della Nestabilities e ho sfumato i bordi con il Tea Dye Distress Ink.

The stamp is Charlotte kissing Pigeon from Happy Mail collection by Whiff of Joy.

I colored the image with Distress Reinkers, I cut it with Label Four by Nestabilities and I sponged the edges with Tea Dye Distress Ink.

Sull'angolo in alto ho inserito una grommet da cui viene fuori un fiocco.

Sull'angolo in basso ho realizzato un mazzolino di roselline che ho arricchito con due spilloni con la testa decorata che fanno parte degli abbellimenti della Whiff of Joy.

La scritta è ancora Whiff of Joy e fa parte del kit Winter Love.

On the hight edge I put a grommet from which comes out a bow.

On the low edge I realized a rose bouquet that I enrich with two Head Pins from Whiff of Joy.

The sentiment is still Whiff of Joy and is from Winter Love kit.

Just Magnolia and more!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Questa è la card che ho preparato mettendo insieme le indicazioni di 3 challenges:

ABC........... mascheratura

This is the card I made putting together the indications of 3 challenges:

Con la tecnica della mascheratura ho fatto sedere la Tilda sul barattolo con la scritta Chocolate e poi ho colorato con i Copic Markers scegliendo come colori dominanti il rosa e il verde acqua.

Sulla carta di sfondo della Tilda ho stampato un effetto legno (Hero Arts) e poi ho sfumato i bordi con il Vintage Photo dei Distress Ink.

With masking tecnique I let the Tilda sit on a tin and then, I colored with Copic Markers chosing as dominant colors Pink and Teal.

On the Tilda's basckground I stamped a wood effect (Hero Arts) and then I sponged the edges with Vintage Photo from Distress Ink.

I bottoni (Papertrey Ink) riprendono i colori del vestito della Tilda.

Il pizzetto, in origine bianco, è stato colorato con l'aiuto di una spugnetta.

Sotto il bottone sul lato opposto ho utilizzato del cordino bianco per creare delle volute simili a dei petali.

La scritta (Hero Arts) è stampata in Dark Brown (Colorbox) su un cartoncino montato come uno striscione.

The buttons take the colors of  Tilda's dress.

The lace, white in origins, was colored with a sponge.

Under the button on the opposite side I used a white twine to create some swirls like some petals.

The sentiment is stamped in Dark Brown (Colorbox) on a cardstock put as a banner.

Questo meraviglioso angioletto Magnolia fa parte dell'ultima collezione natalizia ma mi piace usarlo anche per altre occasioni. l'ho colorato con i Copic Sketch Markers e poi ho aggiunto dei tocchi di glitter sulle ali e sulle stelline.

Adoro questi colori e la carta che ho usato (Stampin Up) è veramente fantastica, però mi sono comunque divertita ad arricchire la carta con i miei timbri....... indovinate quanti ne ho usati???

In più ho aggiunto un tocco di luce sui bordi con un pò di glitter.

This beautiful Magnolia's little angel is from the new Christmas collection, but I  like to use it also in other occasion. I colored it with Copic Sketch Markers and then I add some touches of glitter in the flies and stars.

I love these colors and the papers I used (Stampin Up) is really fantastic, but I had fun anyway to enrich the papers with my stamps......... can you try to lnow how much I used??

I also add a touch of light on the edges with some glitter.

Il fiore è realizzato con una Nestabilities scallopata (la misura piccola) e due punch circle, una da 1 1/4 e una da 1 1/8. Anche qui ho aggiunto del glitter sui bordi, in più ho creato delle volute con un cordino bianco e ho finito con un bottone rivestito.

La scritta fa parte di un bellissino set (grazie Laura!) di cui però non ricordo la marca e l'ho inserito in un banner con pizzetto (Magnolia)

The flower is realized with a scallop Nestabilities (small  size) and two circle punch: one 1 1/4 and one 1 1/8. Here too I add glitter on the edges and I created spirals with a white twine and it is finished with a corduroy button.

The sentiment is from a beautiful stamp set (thanks Laura!) but I can't remember the name and it is stamped in a lace banner (Magnolia).

 

Spero che questa card di San Valentino ...... forse un pò insolita.... vi sia piaciuta e ricordate che avete tempo sino a domani alle 12 per partecipare al mio candy!!

I hope this Valentines card ....... maybe a little bit strange ..... liked you and remember, you can enjoy my candy until tomorrow at 12.00 AM.

Un'altra card con un bellissimo timbro Whiff Of Joy della collezione Happy Mail by A. Acton. Questa volta ho scelto Charlotte with Mailbox.  Ancora una volta ho colorato l'immagine con i pastelli acquerellabili e devo dire che mi diverto sempre tanto e  in effetti la fase della colorazione è la mia preferita.

Another card with a beautiful Whiff Of Joy stamp from Happy Mail collection by A. Acton. This time I chose Charlotte with Mailbox stamp. Once more I colored the image with watercolor pastels and I would tell you I always have a lot of fun and in effect the coloration phase is always my favorite.

  

Queste favolose carte fanno parte della collezione Origins della Basic Grey, è appena uscita e la trovate nelle shop online TIMBROSCRAPMANIA.

Il fiore ha al centro una brad che riporta lo stesso verde acido della carta.

Due strass adesivi decorano la scritta.

These fabulous papers are from Origins collection by Basic Grey, already available and you find it on online shop TIMBROSCRAPMANIA.

The flower has a brad in the middle which reports the same green of the paper.

Two adesives strass decores the sentiment.

Stampavie & More Challenge

Devo darvi una notizia fantastica!!!

Sono stata invitata a far parte del DT del challenge Stampavie and More e quindi da oggi avrò il piacere  di dare il mio contributo ogni settimana!! Colgo quindi l'occasione per ringraziare il favoloso gruppo di creative che mi ha dato questa opportunità!!

Per il challenge di questa settimana il tema è: BIRTHDAY BOY CARD!!!!!

I have to give you a fantastic news!!!

I have been invited to take part on DT of  Stampavie and More challenge and so, from now I will have the pleasure of do my best for that every week!! I take the occasion to thank the fabulous group of creatives who gave me this opportunity!!

For this week challenge the theme is: BIRTHDAY BOY CARD!!!!!!

I colori che ho scelto sono il Cioccolato, il Mattone, il Verde marcio e un tocco di blu....... sono abbastanza maschili???

Questo delizioso postino è uno dei bellissimi timbri Whiff of Joy della collezione Happy Mail e anche la scritta fa parte della stessa collezione. Ho colorato l'immagine con i pastelli acquarellabili, ma ho usato il colore in modo più deciso de devo dire che mi piace tanto!!!!! E a voi piace questo effetto???

The colors I chose are Chocolate Chip, Really Rust, Always Artichoke and a touch of Not Quite Navy (Stampin Up)....... are they quite masculine???

This delicious postman is one of the beautiful  Happy Mail collection from Whiff of Joy and the sentiment too is from the same collection. I colored the image with watercolour pastels but I used the colors in a more decisive way and I have to say I like it a lot!!! And do you like this effect???

Anche gli abbellimenti sono al maschile, un cordino naturale si avvolge attorno alla card e fa anche da sfondo al bottone.

The embellishments too are masculine, a natural cord wrap around the card and is the background for the button too.

Spero avrete voglia di partecipare in tante e spero anche che il mio lavoro vi possa essere d'ispirazione.
